Merryspring has one indoor classroom space, a gazebo, and we will have additional tent spaces to have classes under. It is open to the public and located right off Route One with ample trails to walk on as well as gardens to explore.
There is no camping onsite, but local camping can be found at Camden Hills State Park nearby. We encourage you to post on the event’s facebook wall to see if a fellow herbalist in the area may have camping and/or bedspace available to you.
Babies in arms and kids 10 and up welcome.

We have a limited amount of $20 volunteer tickets available, and we are offering 2 scholarship tickets – please see info below. If none of these ticket prices work for your income level please contact us about other options, and we will work with you to find a fair exchange.
Volunteers make this event happen, and we are grateful for your help! If you’re interested in volunteering, please purchase a volunteer ticket and we will be in touch with you about available time slots and tasks. Volunteers are required to work for 2 hours before or during the event, so please only purchase a volunteer ticket if that time commitment will work for you.
Additionally, we are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator who may attend the event for no cost. If you would like to apply for this position please inquire at email@example.com
We are offering two scholarships to attend the gathering free of charge for a Maine based person who identifies as LGBTQAI, POC, and/or disabled in an effort to increase diversity. Applications due July 1st, 2018.

Vendors & Barter Circle
If you would like to participate in the lunchtime barter circle, please bring a blanket to share your wares.
We will also have a number of paid spaces available for people to sell their herbal products. Vendor information can be found here: https://maineherbalistgathering.wordpress.com/vendors/ Please note that vendors* need to purchase a general admission ticket in addition to paying the tabling fee. Following approval of your application and your purchase of a GA ticket, we will send you a link to pay the tabling fee.
*Vendors who are also teaching a class are not required to purchase a general admission ticket

- Comfortable clothing for being outdoors (might be warm or cold) and rain gear if necessary
